March comes in like a lion: " The Eye Of The Storm "

Spoilers for March comes in like a lion until ep 16 of the second season

When I first saw Souya I was fascinated by his presence and the atmosphere around him. The image of him silently walking in the middle of a big white field filled with snow was beautiful, it was like everything stopped while he was walking and that made me at awe.

He looked like a ghost that was meant to be seen but not touched, he was unreachable in senese, he was like a figure in the sky that everyone worshipped.
When Rei first saw him he looked like he was in awe and fascination with Souya's presence and not just Rei all the-

other characters in Sangatsu were the same, they have an inhumane image of Souya in their heads
"The genius who has gone mad"
"The shogi demon who is barely keeping his human form"
or as Rei puts it "Sound has gone from inside of him"

These might be the parts that make him fascinating for me but these are the parts that make him feel lonely and isolated, when I see him I feel a pain in my chest,
seeing him makes me feel an overwhelming loneliness,-

all the sounds around me disappear and the only voice I can is the sound of my slow heart beats.
When I first watched the white storm arc it felt like it was something out of a dream, it was something I wished to see but when it came it was unreal like I was in a gentle dream.-

The atmosphere between Rei and Souya was something I have never seen before, the weird silence between them,
how they communicated without words and the rain.
All of this made it feel silent. If silence was a feeling then this was it, it gave me this cold relaxing feeling

People have a weird image of Souya, an inhuman one like he is some kind of a deity that humans can not understand or get close to or as they put it
" A shogi DEMON. " but in the white storm arc we get to see this "Demon" closely and see his gentle humanity and beautiful presence

Whenever I ask the question
"What lies at The Eye Of The Storm ?" I always see the image of Souya standing alone in the middle of a big white field. This image feel isolated and lonely yet beautiful and fascinating.
