When I joined @TheBuffaloNews in 2015, @BAndriatch asked me to find the guy who sang the @BuffaloBills' "Shout!" song. Nobody knew who it was.

I called and dug and called some more, and found this musician named Scott Kemper in Indiana. I dialed his cell.
“I’m calling you about the Buffalo Bills’ ‘Shout!’ song,” I told him.
“Do they still play that?” he asked.
Kemper recorded that song in the '80s. It was one of many jingles he sang. And he barely thought of it since.
Yes, I assured him. It was still played. Quite a lot.
