He believes that @realDonaldTrump will pocket veto the stimulus bill. The pocket veto is an absolute veto that cannot be overridden.
2/ The veto becomes effective when the President fails to sign a bill after Congress has adjourned and is unable to override the veto.
3/ The authority of the pocket veto is derived from the Constitution’s Article I, section 7, “the Congress by their adjournment prevent its return, in which case, it shall not be law”
4/ Now the new congress has to vote on the bill, not Mitch’s RINO filled senate. Trump has new allies in the new congress.
5/ If California is audited it is possible we may pick up more House seats then too.
