if people are fine with a few edits made to a machine translation, then why do we need fan translators?

i think this could be improved if people took time to read a little closer or double check things, but i get there's a whole bunch of reasons why they wouldn't want to lol

the other part to this is that it would be great if criticism isn't seen as hate ... translation-related mistakes happen and someone pointing it out doesn't mean you're a criminal or something. just delete, revise, and keep it in mind for next time :)

i've pointed out lots of mistakes before, which i feel bad about bc it's usually not taken well, even by those who delete their tweets (so many "rest" after). more often tho i get no response or a quick sorry but no correction tweet... so i don't really do it anymore

anyways glad at least one person has apologized for being dishonest and i hope others will eventually admit the same. also hope people can be kinder about their demands for translation and that translators don't feel pressured (remember you can always ask for help!) ~
