Most of Shoreline (first "city" north of Seattle) is zoned for 1 home per 10,000 sq ft. And, of course, their density is on arterials only.
Lake Forest Park, just next to Shoreline, is mostly zoned the same way. Even has some lots that *require* 20,000 square feet per home (that's a half acre!)
Most of Edmonds (just north of Shoreline) is zoned for 1 home per 10,000 sq ft. A lot of it is 2 homes per acre.
Mountlake Terrace, nearly all single family zoning. 1 home per 7200 sq ft.
Kenmore, nearly all zoned at *least* 1 home every 7200 sq ft
70% of Bellevue is zoned for single family housing
Newcastle nearly entirely zoned for single family housing
Renton. All single family zoning mostly
Skyway. Nearly all of it zoned for single family housing, one home per 7200 sq ft
Burien, just south of Seattle. All this orange is 1 home per 7200 sq ft. All the yellow is 3 homes an acre
Redmond WA. Over 80% zoned for 1 home per 7200 sq ft
Lynnwood. 80% zoned for 1 home every 7200 sq ft. All density on the arterial (a dangerous urban highway)
SeaTac is nearly all 5 homes an acre. Most of the density is on the side adjacent to the airport. Great equity
Want to know why we need serious teeth to the Growth Management Act? So we can actually build some damn housing and stop spreading people out with dumb op eds about how Washington needs 4 new cities just to handle 1 million new people. It's absurd, we have space in our cities
