I take photos and double check all orders–loading into car and while at customers door. I do this to make sure customers receive every item they were charged.

A few days after delivery I received this from @Shipt:
I emailed @Shipt photos of delivery (including items delivered), along w/ statement confirming my through procedures. Despite evidence, my ratings took a steep hit–from 4.9 to 4.5.

Now I am literally screwed for months as I work to get ratings back up while fearing deactivation.
Emailed @Shipt & got reply(in part):

"Unfortunately, we cannot give feedback that indicates a specific rating or member that gave it. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this may be. If you have any further questions, please reach out and let us know. We are here to help! "
I replied to @Shipt email–specifically asking if anything in my contract w/ Shipt prevented me from doing my own investigation as an independent contractor.

I have not received a reply.
Unfortunately I am left feeling powerless despite best efforts to protect myself.

This tweet is plea to all users of del. services. Please think twice before rating below 5. Out of stock items aren't missing items & not shoppers fault. Anything below 5 hurts more than you know.
