Let's assume the following for a moment:
Anything that can be outsourced is employee-level work
Would you agree with this?
If so, then entrepreneurs should focus on the things that cannot be outsourced

But what are those things?
If you think of a business as a machine, with individual talent each doing its part, then someone needs to make sure everything works well together.
Everybody needs to work towards a common goal.
And identify with the mission.

It is the entrepreneur who comes up with the vision - and has to make sure everyone works towards that goal.
But let's not confuse this with management & delegation.
A manager isn't an entrepreneur, either. It might not be "manual labor" but it's an employee regardless.

It's difficult to say what EXACTLY an entrepreneur does.
But if you see yourself as entrepreneur, then this is an important question.
You're not here to create a new job for yourself.

What could be outsourced? Let's be honest, virtually anything!

+ Replying
+ DMs
But one thing cannot be outsourced: The purpose of your account.
As entrepreneur, it is your responsibility to find a viable purpose.

There are writers for hire. That's employee-level work.
But identifying an audience and developing a mission for the account, that's entrepreneur-level work.

As solopreneur, you have no other choice but to do it all!
