I feel an important distinction has to be made. Leader vs Non-Leader. Humans have growth potential. If we are learning/growing, it helps to have leaders who empower others (the young, the new, the learning) after them with their experiences. Thread...
While everyone looks in and betters themselves, I believe leaders in outside society are important too. We have all seen or maybe worked with or for a leader and also maybe worked with with or for a non-leader.
There is a difference. If the goal is to grow positively and to be surrounded by like minds, I believe showing the distinction will help everyone grow in a more healthy, positive, empowering, and mutually beneficial way. I hope this is helpful.

While we lead ourselves or aim to become leaders, I say we balance it & also surround ourselves w/ leaders on the outside as we move towards better- what do you say?
