I wish people would look past their “homerism” long enough to have clear thoughts. If you were a top recruit right now with aspirations of winning nattys and playing in the NFL, tell me you wouldn’t jump at the chance to play for bama/Clemson/tOSU.

Until OU, Texas, Notre Dame, USC, etc. can win another title, these three reign supreme. Sure, we would love to have it our way all the time, everyone would. But it just doesn’t work that way. It pains me to say it, but as a top-tier RB, I’d be hard-pressed to sign with OU too.

These young men (and all of their people) see the transfers and the limited touches, our RBs get and the playoff blowouts. They want more. Trust the old guy in the room, the pendulum will swing in our favor because we have what it takes; school, facilities, tradition, staff!!
