By making a lot of Eurosceptic-y noise and taking things tediously deep into the holidays, he looks tough while bailing on stuff he could never have got - and he has a few small- to medium-sized wins. 2/3
The UK will be poorer and less influential, IMHO, but that will be gradual and hard to notice. Growth will be good at some point in 2021 (not clear exactly when). Victory will maybe be declared on every front. Funny old world. 🤷‍♂️ #BrexitDeal 3/3
