Afghanistan as a vulnerable country from this river can initiate a comprehensive investigation about this river which may lead to the identification of sustainable and nature-based solutions that are #eco_friendly and economically feasible.
The joint approach of stakeholders will be financially supported by various environmental and climate protection organization. The @EUinAfghanistan and in particular the German federal government ( @GermanyinAFG) has a strong potential for this work.
In this way, Afghanistan can turn the dilemma of the #Amuriver into a regional cooperation opportunity that may also help the trans-boundary water issue with Central Asia in the future.
