of dollars in cash to pay the wages of their soldiers, as a result, there was widespread corruption in the military, foot soldiers were not receiving wages because their commanders were taking their wages...

As we all know former President Hassan Sheikh didn't pay nine months of troops salaries

as matter of fact, he bribed commanders like sanney Abdulle to avoid any uprising in the Army...

The is the same guy that smuggle illegal drugs into the city as you hear gunfight with the police in the checkpoints with heavily equipped militias

Participated in all kinds of "fighting between two units within govt troops" in the media, he humiliated the name of @SNAForce..

Today, they are using the same gangs they have integrated into the Army to further their interests

You should also know that no one can organise militias without any funding & Abdulle has nothing to do with the Army high command, the opposition with foreign help finding him...

Now he is massing militias & war wagons in outskirts of Mogadishu

The so-called opposition is threatening as we saw when former PM @HassanAKhaire said last night "you all know what is going on in Karan district" because they are aware of the guy they funded is gearing up.

What the people of Mogadishu & all peace-loving Somalis need to know is that the govt has Constitutional rights to conduct the elections on its own without the interferences of the self-proclaimed "shareholders"...

We are not seeing the govt trying to postpone elections, we all know that the federal government & its States signed a deal in the last September

So where all this madness coming from?
