I mean, it's fucking twisted how they turn Revan into a totally deniable asset to go after their enemies, keep their own hands clean. They gave him false memories and trained Revan as their hitman because they were too afraid of taking out Malak themselves.
I still can't believe how underplayed Mark Hamill acted the scene where he speaks to Obi Wan's ghost about Vader "betraying and murdering" his father.

They do almost the same thing to Luke! Yoda wasn't teaching him to be a Jedi. He was combat-training him to murder Vader and the Emperor because they tried it themselves and failed utterly.
First thing Obi-Wan does is put a lightsaber in Luke's hand and teaches him to block blaster shots with it. He certainly doesn't put Luke to work reading a bunch of old Jedi philosophical textbooks.
