This often goes unnoticed but the first thing Ole did as interim manager was to lift the mood of the team. A happy squad will break their legs to get you results. If you watched us from the time Ole took over till after the famous night in Paris you'd understand
This was his short term plan to save our season and also to win back the fans with entertaining football any attempt to solve problems (1) and (2) would have seen us battling relegation.

Also promoted the youth and gave them minutes. Problem (3) is currently being solved and it's not hard to see. This side is becoming more consistent
