Been chatting with a friend at Constantiaberg hospital (Capetown) for a while, and it's important to share this info.
They cannot do any more.
EU = emergency unit, "divert" means send them to another hospital (which will probably have the same problem, however)

Remember, this is a well resourced private hospital.
