Interesting fact: Wass used the wrong evidence when XE JD about the March 22nd "painting incident".
First the two March incidents can be confusing, so here is as brief a summary as I can do regarding the two incidents:

AH claims that JD slapped her 3 times:
1. with an open hand across the cheek
2. second time, harder
3. again even harder. It felt like her eye popped out. JD wears a lot of rings, one on every finger. The third hit knocked her off balance & she fell to the floor.

AH claims that:
1. They were fighting overnight & into the next day.
2. JD tried to set the painting on fire w/ his lighter
3. When she stopped him, ge hit her in the face w/ the back of his hand, drawing blood which splattered against the wall. He had silver rings on.
AH claims that:

In court Wass added something that wasn't in any of AH's statements:
"And you were very physical with Ms. Heard, PUSHING her about and GRABBING her by the arm."
Wass proceeded to show JD the pic of AH's BRUISED ARM, implying that he bruised AH's arm when pushing & grabbing her.

Now there is some confusion between the Van Pee & Fire incidents because both AH & WH claimed this was March 22. But, it's clear that it "the fire incident" because:
1. In her last statement AH said that "The incident I describe involving the painting took place on 22 March 2013

1b. The Van Pee incident is not mentioned in ANY of AH's other statements.
2. The text message between WH & JD discussing & showing the Van Pee incident is dated February 14, 2014

Okay, with the dates confirmed, let's take another look at the photo Wass described when showing JD the "proof" that he grabbed her arm on March 22nd.
Issue?
While the text message is dated March 23, the text says "From 2 weeks ago today" dating the bruise on March 9 not March 22 (or March 8th).
So basically, Wass/AH saw the date w/o reading the actual text & incorrectly added the "grabbing details" to the wrong date.

Which means that AH took a pic, MAKEUP FREE & in a NON-PUBLIC space (for Nicol's sake) that both shows:
1. She DIDN'T have any bruises consistent with the abuse she DID claim occurred.
2. She DID have a bruise from an abuse she DIDN'T claim occurred.

Counter argument: AH said that a lot of abuse occurred in March 2013.
Yes, but she dated the bruise 3/9, making it a day older then the 3/8 incident. So if we can still see the bruise from being "pushed/grabbed", where are the bruises from being slapped 3x as she described

Conclusion:
- Heard's evidence is inconsistent with her allegations...again.
- NGN fucked up
- Nicol continues to be incompetent.

1 more thing I just noticed.
Ignoring that she doesnât have the old bruises from 3/8 but does have one from 3/9, this pic was taken on 3/23 the same day she took the Ian McLagan pic. Which means that her face should have had new bruises, old bruises & a split/swollen lip
