His friends and family was extremely happy for Sushant. Also Sush enjoyed his success.

After long years of relationship
Ankita broke up with Sushanth.

That too after doing a hit successful movie of the year?
Why did she took that step?
Well she put the blame on Sush he wanted to move on, well now she knows we can't cross check with Sush rite?

Ankita was offered a role in a move named Manikarnika with Kangana Ranaut.

Shekhar kapoor offered Sush his long time pending project Paani.
Sush on cloud9 to work with SK under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
Meantime Sush lost couple of projects,
Padmavat,
Chandamama, and few other films coz he signed movie Paani with Yash Raj films.

When Shekhar Kapoor saw Sushant in Raabta he decided to board him for Paani.
Sushant dedicated himself to fulfill the requirements his role.
Since he had already lost 7 movies he put all his best efforts to prepare for Paani.
Destiny had planned something else for him.

By the end of 2016 he lost 7 project, he didn't give up
December 20th 2016
Shekhar kapoor tweets that Paani is shelved means on hold or canceled.
Coz yash raj films backed out of the project. After wasting soo much of time and losing soo many projects this was unexpected.

Did Shekhar kapoor was asked to do this with Sushant?
Did SK told the truth to Sush before he shelved the project?
Sush didn't react much that means he knew what he is facing.

Dharma production's Drive was offered.
KJO kept reshooting the film 3 times
But even after director Tarun Mansukhani re-shot portions of ‘Drive’ Karan remained unhappy. And since he dont wanted to release in 2017, was pushed to 2018 finally released on Netflix 1/11/2019

Drive released on Netflix

Why did Karan Johar delay Drive which was completed by the end of 2017?
