Since the pandemic started, I’ve been hosting virtual Quizzo for @JohnnyGoodtimes. It’s kept me busy and let me have a little “walking around money” (Which has really added up since I’m not walking anywhere until at least next summer.)
But the real pleasure has been being a virtual guest in people’s homes. A team told me tonight that they put me in their family Christmas letter and included a screenshot of us playing as one of the photos...
...and tomorrow night I’m hosting a Christmas Eve game for a team of friends located between Philly and Chicago, because they wanted to spend their time together (not everyone is celebrating the holiday) and with me. That’s really moved me.
If this year has done anything good, this has to be up there.
