Anyone have any bright spots in 2020 that they want to share. I know 2020 has been rough with the pandemic, but we still lived every day. Did you find any joy in the year? Were there any victories, achievements, etc?

My major successes were related to @CCIBoston. After 52 years of never receiving significant grants, we secured a 6 figure grant to deepen our anti racism work in Boston & Maine. Financially I managed to avoid laying off staff, and from an ED perspective, we are on track.

The fact that I not only held the org together, and continued our growth plans in a pandemic, and in a year where I had to take two months off is a huge deal in small non profit land.

I also am moving closer to a personal dream, which i hope to share in the coming months.

I'll just say this, in many ways this was an astounding year for me.

I fell in love with myself, and I believe it's reflected in how I approach life.
