how i shit everyday without needing any laxatives — a thread
disclaimer: i am no expert on this topic but this is what has worked for me !!
back in october i wasn’t able to shit naturally and i even went on almost two weeks without shitting naturally and had to use laxatives all the time which made me bloated 24/7
now i am able to shit every single day and sometimes even twice a day and still restricting and losing weight consistently
1) WATER!!!
drink a lot of water. trust me on this one. i used to drink so little back then but now i drink around 2L everyday and it has helped me a lot
2) tea or black coffee on an empty stomach
coffee is a natural laxative and idk abt tea but both of them have helped me stop being constipated and they’re one of the main factors why i go shit every morning. it’s important to drink any of them first thing in the morning
3) fiber !!
GET. UR. FIBER. i eat fiber every single day bc it’s important and it has helped me a lot. here’s a list of low cal foods rich in fiber that you can include in your diet
5) high restriction !
yes. i know this is very repetitive n scary but trust me on this one. i used to low restrict everyday which made me constipated all the damn time but now that i high restrict, not only do i have more energy but i am also able to shit everyday and lose weight
6) green juices or smoothies
ever since i started drinking them i’ve stopped being constipated. i also drink twice a day if i’m really constipated and it works. ik liquid cals are scary but there are some low cal recipes out there that you can use and still work
7) debloating massages
idk the science about this one but just look “debloat massage” up on youtube and choose whichever you want and trust me it works ALL the time for me
8) working out
it helps with digestion and not only will you burn calories but stop being bloated and be able to shit ! i suggest working out in the evening or at night but u can work out whenever you want
that’s all for the thread! i hope it works for you just like it’s working for me but remember that everyone’s body is different and things that might work for me might not work for you but you can always give it a try !
