A lot of people are looking for their soulmates, but ask yourself if you even know your own soul. Do you know your purpose? What you're REALLY made of.. what's authentic to you, what's been programmed, what's been buried?
Some people have no idea who they are, haven't found their voice, or accepted their truth. Most haven't met their darkness or learned how to access their light and are looking to SHARE THIER TRUAMA. That's not love, that's not partnership, it's a distraction.. maybe dependency.
Finding your "soulmate" is not the goal.. and your soulmate isn't always a romantic partner... so some will search to the end of the Earth looking for life partner and still not find what they're looking for because we're not supposed to be LOOKING.
The romanticization of Soulmates and Twin Flames is new age bullshit and a distraction. Look at the history of Indigenous peoples, finding a Soulmate was a blessing to be bestowed not a goal to be chased.
The goal was to connect to Spirit, to honor and venerate those who came before us... then meet your SPIRITUAL equal in THIS world. Not to say they were perfect, but they didn't neglect their Spiritual health and missions to find the person they wanna lay with for life.
You cannot possibly know you've found your Soulmate if you can't identify the makeup of your own soul. How do you find the left sock if you're not sure what the right one looks like? Focus on learning the cloth you're cut from, patching your holes, and fixing your stitching.
Once you have a genuine and accurate assessment of yourself, then when your match comes along, you'll know.. until then, you'll be distracting yourself from growth and healing, your LIFE PARTNER will get further away, and you'll have to see them next lifetime... hopefully.
