Morphology:
Small to medium-sized lymphoid cells with mature chromatin, non-granular basophilic (blue) cytoplasm, round or oval nuclei with sometimes a visible nucleolus and cytoplasmic blebs
I can’t help seeing a đŸ» face 😂 2/
T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL), a rare, aggressive mature T-cell neoplasm of adults >30 years with poor prognosis and short survival.

Clinical feature:
Marked leukocytosis, anemia, thrombocytopenia,
Hepatosplenomegaly, rash, effusion 3/
Morphological variant - can have cerebriform nuclei 4/
Here is how SĂ©zary cells typically look like with prominently folded "cerebriform" nuclei shown in Image Bank SĂ©zary Cells - ( http://hematology.org ) 5/

PlotsđŸ‘‡đŸ»show expression of pan T antigens
NK antigens: CD16/CD56/CD57 ( not shown) are usually neg 6/
đŸ‘†đŸ»(right )Pro-lymphocytes are also evaluated for markers of immaturity, including CD1a, CD34, and TdT, TPLL shows no expression, allowing distinction from immature T-cell neoplasms 7/
