This harmonization process will activate the lower vibration within you, which may attract certain situations. As a result, you may mistakenly think this is the old you. Trust the universe and this transformation. The higher vibration will gradually replace the lower vibration.
As you transform, some people unconsciously know this is the last chance they can latch onto you, so they will maximize their toxic behavior, which will cause a huge negative impact inside you. Protect yourself. Be in your energy. The more you vent, the slower this transformation
Take some time to feel yourself. Breathe. Do inner and shadow work. Do self-love and self-care. Don't blame, judge, or shame anyone, because this will strengthen the lower vibration within you. Be vulnerable with yourself. Be YOU. Stay away from new people. This too shall pass.
