*I can't speak to the NBA but there was reporting that people affiliated with the NHL bubble but not part of the NHL staffs that did get covid while working on the bubble
I am *extremely* excited that there's a vaccine and we're already seeing people get their first shots.

And then there's the beyond laughable decision that the Mavericks won't allow fans for safety reasons, but it's cool that the Stars allow up to 5000 people in that exact same building.
I know we're all fucking starved for exciting things to do since we're unlikely to leave our houses any time soon.

The decision has been made to prioritize money over people's lives, which means that failing businesses (sports leagues are hemorrhaging money right now) aren't getting help, so they're doing what every other business is and going "well I guess we're open"
Anyway I'm gonna go listen to a podcast and try not to dwell on this fact any more than I already have over the last 9 goddamn months
