Very generous of Annie and Val Hollingsworth, great job by Mike on the interview

I get a lot out of these interviews since investing at the core is about being a long term shareholder in good businesses and passing wealth to the next generation

Few points below that resonated https://twitter.com/MikeBoyd/status/1341185998210834432
Everything changes, embrace it

The thoughtful balance between current products with looking forward to the future and investing in research to replace maturing products

It is not value vs growth, but a balance between current production and developing new opportunities
Don't be afraid to go deep and narrow

Hollingsworth and Vose bought Revere Copper Works in the late 1700s from Paul Revere and is now a global manufacturer of critical system components in highly technical products with 40 PhDs in the company on three continents

Incredible
Be honorable

Making critical components for systems requires a high degree of trust, integrity, and professionalism

Some client relationships go back four decades

To endure, be someone others can depend on through the years and cultivate those virtues in the next generation
