What it is like to be Hypersensitive and Hyperaware:

A Short Thread
- Intense sensitivity to minuscule shifts in vibration states. When someone suddenly changes their mood, it is felt deeply even before it is mentally or consciously noticeable.
- Instinctive withdrawal as a result of having to process overwhelming and overincapacitating thoughts and emotions.
- Too much stimuli can send the brain spiraling into a sensory overload, even leading to an overreaction due to the extreme pressure of feeling and thinking too much.
- Over-psychoanalyzing one’s thoughts and emotions to the extent it can become mentally paralyzing and emotionally debilitating. This can also cause headaches or migraines.
- Being able to notice/perceive subliminal messages, small subtle details, the unsaid and unheard thoughts within hidden and masked emotions.
- Spending a lot of time in isolation to protect and prevent oneself from being consumed by energy exchanges and projections.
