As 2020 comes to a close, I’m thinking about the tireless work that our 7 million of @ColorOfChange members - and our many partners and leaders in the racial justice movement - have done this year.

Thanks to you, we launched a multi-billion dollar boycott of Facebook and made them change their policies. We turned out more voters than in any election in US history. We made prosecutors charge police with murder. And we pushed Hollywood to redefine the crime TV genre.

At @ColorOfChange and in my personal life, #BlackJoy is central to our fight. So please - be with the ones you love. Take the space you have earned. Recharge so that we can turn our progress in 2020 into a permanent force for change in 2021.
