1/ Here's my political prediction for 2021 (thread):
Some time, perhaps a week or so, before the Inauguration of Joe Biden as President, President Trump will leave the White House for Mar-a-Lago.
At Mar-a-Lago, Trump will stage a sham second inaugural for himself.

2/ Trump will continue refer to Mar-a-Lago as the Southern White House and maintain that since he is the "real" President, that it is the "true" Executive Mansion.
Some current staff and some newcomers will comprise his "White House Staff".

3/ Mike Pence will not be among them, but in a "departing" speech, will say he wants to afford President Trump the opportunity to appoint a new VP in this new stage of his political career. Loyalists will say good riddance.
4/ Trump will "appoint" a new VP (no guesses as to whom) and send the name to Congress for "confirmation pursuant to the 25th Amendment".
Congress will not do so, but Trump will keep the person on as "Acting Vice President".

5/ Trump will then appoint a Secretary of State (Giuliani) and a Secretary of Defense (Michael Flynn), and possibly "ambassadors" who he will send to certain nations to try to get his "Presidency" recognized.
6/ Loyalists in Congress, like Paul, Gaetz, and Jordan will decline to give up their seats in Congress in order to serve in Trump's Southern White House, arguing that they will better serve President Trump and his Loyalist voters by remaining in Congress....
7/ Trump Loyalists in Congress will attempt to introduce legislation proposed by President Trump, which will serve the purpose of providing a foundation not only for their own re-elections, but also Trump's, should he choose to run again in 2024.
8/ The fiction of a second term will not bar President Trump from running for a "third" term--that will be easily dispensed with by saying the government never recognized his second term, so it's the government's fault for not recognizing the "truth".
9/ Radical groups, including sham "militia" groups will try to organize themselves as an army for Trump, but call themselves the "true" armed forces of the United States. Flynn may or may not help to organize them.
10/x Funding for the "second term" will continue to be provided by merch sales, donations, and money generated by Trump properties.
Part of the merch & donations pitch will evoke the Declaration's line to "pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor".
