It is often my habit here to post things relevant mostly to men: to champion advisable activities and moral choices in posts aimed at men.

Today I am compelled to speak in earnest to women; women married to and involved with men.

So I say to women:
whatever course the near future takes, the way forward will be difficult. The tyranny inflicted upon Americans by feckless despots in 2020 has, as we know, brought widespread misery & much destruction. Many have lost what took them a lifetime to create.

Additionally, those depots and their thugs have a reckoning they must meet. So the rebuilding and the redress will take a toll. Additionally and assuredly, it will require that men reach beyond their normal capacities and take daring chances to find proper footing.

We men can do amazing things when need or great desire rouses our strength and skill and cunning, but it is very seldom that we do it for ourselves. We are at our best when we work or fight to do for our families and loved ones; our wives and children, especially.

We have a biological and evolutionary need to build and protect. However this daring and risk come natural to men, women are naturally risk averse. So when great risks and dangerous efforts must be undertaken by men, it is natural for women to find it hard to support us;

...natural to beg us to take a different, safer course. But when we see a clear, yet dangerous way forward we desperately need your support. Without the love AND support AND resolve of our women, we are greatly diminished. It destroys us in ways we can’t even describe.

And the result is, inevitably, failure. So it is vital that as we begin to make the necessary hard choices and to take the necessary great risks that lie ahead for us you support your men wholeheartedly. We can move mountains, but not without your open support.

We can accomplish impossible deeds, but not without your warm and loving acceptance and approval. There is much we must do, but our success depends on YOU and your unwavering encouragement. We may stumble or falter, but if we know you are with us, it is not in us to fail.

So, ladies, in these days ahead, while you have your own challenges to meet, please understand your role in our success and know that we are tiny and ineffectual without you, but mighty and unconquerable with your loving faith and support. Much of our power comes from you.
