Please see news of July 2013. According to this news they have started a sister company in UK and the Partner is Sundeep Singh Khakh!!! Yes Kaka Singh.

But wait according to the company house it was incorporated on 19 September 2011 and yes most surprisingly it was Dormant Company! If you are reading my thread first time you can Google about Dormant Company.

Oh wait Mr. Dinesh Auluck who is owner of Speed Records India had resigned on 5 August 2013 just after 1 month of this new!
And later company was dissolved on 9 September 2014.

Now there is another company with similar name. it’s name was SPEED UK RECS LTD
Incorporated on 21 June 2013 and dissolved on 3 February 2015
In this company Dinesh had joined on 8 July 2013 and resigned on 20 July 2013!
In just 12 days! And yes nature of business not available

Now see the news of TOI on 10 June 2017. According to this news they have launched in UK in 2017!
But there is no record of this company in UK directory during this period!

But it has been started with similar name Speed Records Limited on 20 July 2020. With only one director Dr. Gurpreet Singh Dhamrat, who was third partner in Previous Company and he is Dr. Not musician!!!

Do you know what is main question is? This company is so big and they don’t have official financial data!

This may be the rout for money laundering. Each and every singers are working with this company who are actively participating in Farmer protest!
