1) Collecting email subscribers boils down to two things:
- Traffic
- Conversions

Getting traffic is really difficult when you suffer from lack of clarity and lack of direction.
You can't attract people if you yourself aren't even clear on your purpose.

Why are you here? What's your purpose?
If you are like most, your first response is: Gain followers.
But think about that: If I gave you an account with 10k followers. Are you richer?

The biggest mistake you're doing is confusing your goals.
