If you're in a rut or feel like you're getting nothing done, do this for the next 7 days. RT for maximum reach.
1. Uninstall all your social media for a week. If you have a legit business here and can't do that make it a habit to check your social media only for business purposes. Uninstalling social media helps you clear your mind in an age of too much information and helps you focus.
2. Wake up early. When you wake up late you start thinking you have time to do stuff at night but let's be honest it never gets done at night (unless you're a night owl). Waking up early really is a life hack to get more stuff done and be more efficient.
3. After waking up early, drink water , stretch, go for a walk, workout, do yoga, sit in the sun, meditate. A walk in the morning breathing fresh air will energise you and really wake you up. Workout everyday if you can. Remember there's no healthy mind without healthy body.
4. Never work on your bed or couch, they're for relaxing not working. Remove all distractions from your environment while working. Reward yourself a little when you accomplish a task or a chapter or whatever. When you find your mind wandering, bring your focus back to work/study.
5. I'd advise to fast before the most productive session of your work or studies but if you don't like staying hungry eat a protein fat rich meal rather than a carb rich meal. Save your carb rich meals for pre and post workout meals.
6. Don't use your phone or laptop atleast one hour before you sleep. Use that time to read a good book. Try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. A good sleep of 8 hours will help you be very productive in your day. Also sleep has immense health benefits.
