A thread. Finished watching the Lost Girl OVA & they always show a butterfly whenever Mikasa is offered a choice. We know about the butterfly effect, where small changes can change the outcome. I think this is Ackerman's true powers, their memories might be connected with the -
-alternate universe version of them. In this scene u can see Mikasa's handmade doll. What's weird about it is the Mikasa doll she made already has Eren's scarf, eventho Eren hasn't given it to her yet during that scene in that Universe. She knows about the future unconsciously
due to her memories being connected, and Eren also mentioned how her headaches are related to her power/blood too. This also explains why Mikasa is the first character Yams created. She holds a key role in it. She can predict things but she has a limit in controlling the outcome
-just like a butterfly effect. She could learn the details of every scenario, but chaos is unpredictable. That's why her future self told her to kill the weaker version of her & become stronger so she could protect Eren & always stay by his side. Mikasa will NEVER kill Eren.
Related to the butterfly effect, I think that's also why the Ackerman can't be controlled by the royals. Because they themselves might have such power to connect with their own memories from another existing alternate universe.
We knew the Ackermans were the result of Eldian Empire's experiments with the Subjects of Ymir & Titan science. Designed to protect Eldia's king. The survival of the people depends on them. Maybe that's their power. Related to the butterfly effect, hence why they're so strong and
always on top of their class. Because of the memories from the other alternate universe. The Ackermans gain the experience of being strong from every battle they had faced in another AU. That's why they're the ones assigned with the role of protecting the king & people of eldia.
They're loyal, have flawless skills, and the most powerful. The perfect weapon. But that power also became a loophole for the past king bcs then they can't get their memories removed. Mikasa won't ever kill Eren, and Mikasa HAS the power to change the ending. I'm 100% sure of it.

WAIT! I just realized Eren (the Attack Titan) gave Mikasa two gifts, the butterfly (THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT which is related to her power) & the scarf (the symbol of love). Maybe that's the key. yes! truly!! Isayama build Attack on Titan's world carefully, he won't make Eremika became your old boring couple who just happen to fell in love and so on. Eren & Mikasa's connections w/ each other has a key role in the series's conclusion
