It's just plain fact now for much of England that Macron closed the borders not out of genuine pandemic health concerns following the government announcement of a major mutant strain, but that he did it cos he hates us over Brexit and because you can't trust the French. It works.
I don't know what political change you could ever hope to achieve against such a powerful and omnipresent client media consistently manipulating the public with lies and base plays to kneejerk emotional responses every day for decades. The permanent devil on England's shoulder.
This is a good thread giving an example of why so much of the population are still wanting to vote CON even when it's obviously hurting them, and it's related to how the media keeps lying and stoking up fear and hatred.
