Can Trump pocket veto the omnibus-covid-everything bill?

Unless I'm missing something, I believe the answer is yes.

Thread:
Under the Constitution, Trump has 10 days (Sundays excepted) to sign or send it back to Congress. If Congress adjourns during that time, he can pocket veto it.
Congress is not going to adjourn voluntarily during that time, but the Constitution requires automatic adjournment at the end of the session, which will occur at noon on Jan. 3.
So are there 10 days between now and Jan. 3? Well, it depends on what counts as day #1. Is that the day that the bill is presented to the President for signature? Or is that day #0, and the following day is day #1?
Deschler's Precedents Ch. 24 sec. 17.1: "The day on which the bill is presented to the President is not counted in the computation." There's a 1959 Senate proceeding backing this up.
So if the bill is presented today, then day #1 is tomorrow, Dec. 24.

Day #2: Dec. 25
Day #3: Dec. 26
(Dec. 27 is a Sunday, which doesn't count under the Constitution)
Day #4: Dec. 28
Day #5: Dec. 29
Day #6: Dec. 30
Day #7: Dec. 31
Day #8: Jan. 1
Day #9: Jan. 2
Jan. 3 is a Sunday, which doesn't count under the Constitution. And as noted, at noon there will be a forced adjournment of the 116th Congress, occurring between days #9 and #10.

So I think pocket veto is possible.
