Hi.
I have been working in the mental health field for seven years.
Here to say that this is really maladaptive and unhealthy thinking.
Everyone's trauma, sadness and anger is valid, regardless if it is better or worse than another's. https://twitter.com/Rushtush/status/1341321718745493504

There is no need to play "trauma Olympics".
In fact, our research has shown that what could be considered to be "minor" problems or situations can still be personally traumatic or cause great sadness.
And those experiences are still valid.

Also, you're playing into the toxic positivity mindset:
"Toxic positivity is the assumption, either by one’s self or others, that despite a person’s emotional pain or difficult situation, they should only have a positive mindset" - Dr. Jaime Zuckerman

By doing this, you are delegitimizing negative emotions which are actually perfectly okay to have (if they weren't, we wouldn't experience them).
And you're making others feel that they are defective or weak for processing such emotions.

@Rushtush - I would suggest stepping out of your privileged bubble, and practicing empathy and compassion instead.
That would be a lot more helpful than your tweets.
