On 5 Nov 2013, the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia conferred Malysia's top award, Tokoh Ma'al Hijrah Distinguished Personality award to Naik.On 2 February 2015, he was awarded the kSA's most prestigious award King Faisal International Prize for Service to Islam.
He is also consistently listed in the book The 500 Most Influential Muslims under honourable mention, in the 2009,2010, 2011, 2012, 2013,2014, 2015,2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 editions. He got Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work in 2013
