Those who have never suffered anxiety or depression or any form of a mental health breakdown will struggle to understand how debilitating and sometimes devastating it can be to go through those hard moments. Grateful for my friends & fam who always help me in those times

Yes people who have money, jobs, families and seemingly happy homes can also be depressed, anxious, OCD, Bi polar and the list goes on and on. You can get medical care and be on meds for many years and still struggle. It’s a long challenging road.
Those, like me, who struggle. You’re not alone; we have our days that we feel joy and it seems like all over but in those darker days reach for your people, your support team your medical team (if you can afford) and your mental health toolkit. You’ve got this

If you cannot afford medical help please make contact with @TheSADAG who works hard to help those who cannot afford professional help, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t give up

Lastly, if you want to read my post partum breakdown story please ready it here, it may help you or someone else, I can’t read this without frying myself but I’ve made it through the worst and I’m grateful
