I’ve said this before, but I believe every Black person with the means should consider leaving the United States.
Other countries are far from perfect, but this land doesn’t deserve us yet owes us everything.

Also, leaving doesn’t mean you have to divest from the community. There are many ways to help.
It also doesn’t mean you have to leave forever. But Black people do deserve to breathe.
AND... Black people are not obligated to fix the U.S. or it’s systems.
I do feel there is an obligation to liberate other Black people, but if you can find ways to do that while not being drowned by oppression, you should.
