Wow, ok, Pres Trump is asking Congress to come back and amend the COVID relief/Omnibus spending bill:

Pres Trump also seems to either fundamentally misunderstand, or is intentionally misstating, that provisions in the Omnibus government funding bill are unrelated to COVID relief and need to come out.

Pres Trump concludes by calling on Congress "to send me a suitable bill, or else the next administration will have to deliver a COVID relief package. And maybe that administration will be me."

Also of note: President Trump's Treasury Secretary was a key member of the negotiations that landed on this COVID relief package. They knew exactly what was in this bill before Congress took it up and passed it with overwhelming (veto-proof) majorities in both chambers.
