Tip #2: If the meeting is not going well, don’t let the vein that pulses loudly on your neck turn you angry. That doesn’t help. And, look, from experience, my neck vein can pulse really loud...
Tip #3: Remember to leave all the crap you are dealing with outside of the room. These people have nothing to do with it. Try to serve a good dose of inspiration. The feeling is contagious and surely has a lasting impact.
