I am cross-checking the list that was originally posted last spring and today's list of parks.

On Today's list, I am not seeing: Kinbrook Island Provincial Park, Kehiwin Provincial Recreation Area, Tillbrook Provincial Park... #ableg
Don't see Park Lake Provincial Park on today's list. What's going on with that? That was also on the list back in February. #ableg
My colleague @andrew_jeffrey is also checking -- he has found other omissions -- Engstrom Lake, Jumpingpound, Bleriot Ferry , Chain Lakes and Lawrence Lake. all not on today's list. #ableg
I was suspicious about the list the government sent today...because I noticed some of the parks and rec areas already had long-standing partnerships and weren't on the list posted back in February. #Ableg
Another park and/or rec areas not on today's list -- Williamson Provincial Park #ableg
Not seeing anything today about the fate of comfort camping at Dinosaur P.P. which was on February's optimization list. #ableg
I found more. Livingstone Falls, Oldman Dam (I camped there last summer), Maycroft, Lundbreck Falls Provincial Recreation Areas. These all offer overnight camping. #ableg
It's becoming clear that today's list isn't quite the fait accompli the government is making it out to be.

I get that they may be trying to secure partnerships for these other areas but it really begs the question about what the plans are for these parks and rec areas. #ableg
