Here's a thread about the nearly-gigabyte-in-size Nintendo leak yesterday, specifically about stalking and intimidating 3DS hackers

It includes personal information such as addresses and full names, which I've redacted for people's privacy

I'd strongly recommend spreading this:
Ok so first:

Neimod is a 3DS modder who Nintendo thought it would be a good idea to stalk. In these documents are his address and full name, which I'm not gonna post

Here's a picture of who Nintendo sees Neimod as.
In the same doc, they state that they should "consider extra targets," but avoid @ylws8 for the time being.

Their stated goal is "changing the opinion" or hackers that think Nintendo is "safe" -- in layman's terms, intimidation
They used DM's to identify hackers by name

Beats me how they got access to these but yeah

First picture is how they found the identity of a hacker named geohot (with personal info blurred)

Second picture is some more mundane dm's they got their hands on
This was their "flowchart" for what they called the "Belgian Waffle" -- Neimod lives in Belgium
In the files is a non-disclosure agreement that Neimod was forced to sign. "DN" are Neimod's initials
Another internal document shows exactly how much they stalked Neimod before he even interacted with Nintendo staff:
After Nintendo's staff interacted with Neimod, other targets were discussed to stalk as well:
As for Neimod himself, he had to sign a document stating he acknowledges that violating any of the clauses Nintendo named would require a penalty harsher than financial compensation:
Some of these clauses include the very vague:

"any utilization of the 3DS, any other console, and/or any computer program... developed by Nintendo... contrary to its normal use"
As well as:

"any observation, studying, or testing of the functionality of the 3DS, any other game console, and/or any computer program... developed by Nintendo... to determine the ideas and principles which underlie any element of the console or computer program"
