✨THREAD: GEMINI VENUS✨
Okay listen up: it’s time to debunk some myths and learn some real things about Gemini Venus. I’m a Gemini Venus and have felt personally victimized by the way we are seen by so many. I know some are jokes but some are totally serious about it.
I have seen countless misrepresentations of this placement just because some people may have been cheated on, betrayed, hurt etc by Gemini Venus. I’m sure you’ve seen it too. But let’s not act as if this can’t happen with any sign. It’s irrelevant.
Gemini is a mutable, air sign ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication. What happens when you mix that with Venus, the planet of love and pleasure? Well, a lot happens and they are ✨good✨ things.
I think many of the stereotypes come from the fact that Gemini Venus has so many different interests that romantic relationships aren’t their priority - they want to travel, learn through experiences, keep up their hobbies, read books, watch movies which can often come first.
But Gemini Venus wants to feel intellectual compatibility before anything else. If the conversations can’t flow, it won’t work. It doesn’t mean they will give up right away. Sometimes they try to see if this rapport will create itself with time and if not, they will move on.
It’s not so much about someone being boring - they just need someone that are on the same page as them. Which is very reasonable and applicable to many people, not just Gemini Venus, so I don’t know how that became a bad thing. Like, sorry for wanting something right for me?
The thing is that when Gemini Venus finds the right person, they become some of the most attentive, caring and loyal people. They are the type to pick something up at the store that you mentioned weeks ago just because. They remember every detail about you - classic Gemini brain
They want to get to know everything about you. They want you to get to know everything about them. Relationships are just never ending learning experiences between two people for them (or more if that’s the case). This is even comparable to how Scorpio Venus operates.
Gemini Venus isn’t only like this in romantic relationships. They are extremely caring and loyal to their friends, family, anyone close to them. They know how to make you feel special and appreciated through both words and actions. They make you feel heard and understood.
Gemini Venus just wants to share their life experiences with someone who enjoys them as much as they do. They don’t want to feel as though they need to compromise on what they love to do for someone else. They want to combine both.
If you want to show your Gemini Venus some love, make sure you are listening attentively to them. Nothing is a bigger turn off than someone not being able to pay attention to the conversation that they are invested in. Make sure you pay attention to the details like they do.
Listen to them as much as they listen to you and things will be good. Gemini Venus is actually very easy to please. They don’t need much, they just need variety because their brains have no off switch.
Gemini Venus has obtainable goals - we want to possess things that keep us learning like our own library, garden, specialized rooms for certain hobbies, things that keep our brains stimulated. As long as the other person gives them the freedom to learn indefinitely, it’s all good
Let’s also not forget that planet of communication/information 🤝 planet of beauty = a love for all types of literature, arts, anything that offers a beautiful way to learn. Gemini Venus evolves through learning.
The point is- nobody is hurting you on purpose because they have a Gemini Venus. That is never the intention. Of course not everyone is compatible with this energy. You can say that about everything.
Gemini Venus just wants to live a care free, stimulating and variety filled life. They can remain loyal while doing so and they most likely will. Let’s try to be kind to Gemini Venus, they really are great lovers and friends, with a big heart and good intentions ♊︎💖♀
