Was the Fadnavis Govt acting as the Agent of Builders in Kanjurmarg land for Metro carshed issue? The reason I I asked this ---

2. In 2015 Konkan Divisional commissioner also gave the same judgement.
3. On other hand Central Salt dept was licensing authority for salt production which claims ownership of the same land
4. In 1917 salt department gave Mr. Nanbhai Bhiwandiwala this land on lease for 99 yrs

5. The agreement was done in 1922. In 1986 Garodia took the rights. In 2004 Salt dept terminated lease on grounds of no production of salt for several years.
6. In 2005 Garodia challenged the termination of lease and got a stay order from court & the matter is pending in court

7. In 2009 Garodia entered with development agreement with Shapoorji pallonji for development of this land for which Salt dept took objection. On 16th April 2016 city civil court cancelled the agreement between Shapoorji & Garodia.

9. Although Garodia has no rights on the land as the lease is not extended & his mou with SP cancelled, still Shapoorji writes a letter to then CM Fadnavis ji in 2017 and presents a proposal for building 1 lakh affordable houses under Modi govt's Housing for all-2022 initiative
10. Despite dept intimating ownership of land by Maharashtra govt & Garodia's lease having gotten over, Fadnavis govt accepted proposal of a firm having no locus standi on state land with a remark of very important and formed a high level committee to examine the proposal.Why?
Secondly it was Fadnavis govt's plan to integrate Metro 3 line and Metro 6 line & build carsheds at Kanjurmarg. There was sudden change in the plan and then they decided to take Metro 3 carshed to Aarey land. But Metro 6 car depot was to be built on Kanjurmarg land only.
DPR by Fadnavis govt mentions car depot would be at Kanjurmarg. If Kanjurmarg land was not feasible & had litigations then why didn't Fadnavis govt change DPR of Metro 6? Why they did not start searching for alternate sights? Metro 6 work has started 2yrs before without carshed
MMRDA had gone to extent of demanding the land from Salt dept (although knowing ownership of state) & even gave undertaking of paying the market cost. If MMRDA was ready for payment then metro 3 would have got the land free of cost. Then why bjp kept talking of additional cost?
So when Fadnavis ji suggests MVA to not to urge for Kanjurmarg land for Metro 3 car depot, he means the Kanjurmarg land is good for Shapoorji proposal for housing , the land is good for Metro 6 carshedbut not for Metro 3 carshed. This dichotomy is harming Mumbai's development!
