Over the past few weeks, everyone has theorized about how Trump could overturn the election.

They started calling for Martial Law, or even Civil War.

How do we know? Because it was made clear through a series of tweets from @JennaEllisEsq in the following hours.
First of all, it was odd that she claimed Insurrection Act as "unconstitutional" - she's a constitutional lawyer, so she should know that it is NOT unconstitutional.

BOOMBasically, the courts don't need to deliver a SINGLE Trump victory in order for the Legislatures to vote to certify the Trump slate of electors as the official slate.
Thus, it all comes down to what happens on January 6th.
