- Roads maintenance
- Railways
- Law enforcement
- Public health

- School toilets
- ...

- Public broadcasting
- Arms manufacturing
- Mining policy
- Housing
- Immigration
- Border control
- Tertiary education
- Forestry and fishing
- State funerals
- Combatting corruption
- The legal system
- State archives
- Vocational training
- Border control
- Embassies

- An air force
- An army
- National monuments
- A state lottery
- Anything to do with sports
- Anything to do with art & culture
- Municipalities
- Provincial governments
- Dairy farms
