True the Vote’s challenges to the voter registration status of 364,541 Georgians — which have already been rejected by several counties — cite questionable data and ask county election officials to preemptively void voters' registrations.
Yesterday, we filed open records requests in 15 counties seeking records of communications with True the Vote or the Public Interest Legal Foundation; state or local Republican party officials; or Georgia’s secretary of state’s office.
Records we uncovered showed that PILF had sent officials in Palm Beach County, Fla., lists of allegedly deceased individuals who had voted in recent elections. @Reveal analyzed the records and found no evidence to support PILF’s claims. https://revealnews.org/article/john-johnson-isnt-dead-how-claims-of-voter-fraud-in-florida-fell-apart/
