When the vaccine hits the general population and your name it up - we should make the appointment for you, tell you where to go and nag the hell out of you to show up. This is a proven hack for driving flu shots.

3. PUBLICIZE YOUR VACCINE STATUS (and my fav)
Social norms drive our behavior. But for a norm to thrive, it needs to be public. There has to be a way to share vaccination status. This could reasonably start with Uber drivers or Restaurants promoting their status in the apps.

How we talk about this matter. Vaccines give people their *freedom* back (vs take it away with mandates). We should create some national pride in how quick America can get back on our feet.

This is a gimme. Not much happens without a deadline - who would pay taxes without April 15th?
