Possible Downsides:
It is admittedly a bit difficult to extensive research on the history of the company's leadership, which is my main focus when investing in a company.
As a recent SPAC IPO, it could be premature to go all in on Triterras

many, if not most investors like to wait a few quarters to make sure the company is legit. That is perfectly understandable as there could be irregularities that arise in accounting or otherwise.
That being said, I invested ambitiously and believe this company will grow 10X
